After making an appointment for online or offline consultation, we will provide you a suitable time & online link ( for online treatment ) 

Or the address, time ,& Google Map location  for offline clinic ( for offline  treatment  )

But at present due to covid situation there is a large que at our offline clinic. 

So we are  suggesting you to go for online clinic option for the present scenario , until and unless our doctors advise you for the offline consultation. 

For offline consultation 

After getting an  offline  appointment  , just you have to go to the offline clinic at the given time at the time of appointment  , after reaching there , our doctors will take your case properly and thoroughly, and they will check your all Pathological and Radiological reports  , then they will discuss the  case to  our team head Dr Saugata Bhattacharyya  , and then the proper Homeopathic medicines will be prescribed under the Supervision of Dr Saugata Bhattacharyya for you for your treatment. 

After that the prescription will be sent to our pharmacy,  and then all the prescribed  medicines for you will be dispensed by our pharmacist. And lasly after the payment procedure ( in cash or online payment ) the medicines along with the prescription will be delivered to your hand .

For online consultation 

After getting an online appointment a online link of Zoom meeting or Google meeting  of a particular date and time will be provided to your email ,or whatsapp no . 

On that particular date and time you have to open that online link and join the online meeting, or our receptionist or clinic assistant will call you through a whatsapp conference video call. Then our doctors will join the meeting, 

our doctors will take your case properly and thoroughly, and they will check your all Pathological and Radiological reports  , then they will discuss the  case to  our team head Dr Saugata Bhattacharyya  , and then the proper Homeopathic medicines will be prescribed under the Supervision of Dr Saugata Bhattacharyya for you for your treatment. 

Lastly they will send you the copy of your prescription to your email address and whatsapp no.  And another copy of your prescription will be sent to our pharmacy.

Our pharmacist will dispense the medicines. And after making the  payment procedure,  the medicines will be delivered to your address within 24 hours (in kolkata) by medicine  delivary boys 

& 2 to 5 days rest of India,  and 15 to 20 days  for the rest of World by leading  courier companies .
