Use subject line: “Data Deletion Request”

Include in the email:

  • Full Name

  • Registered Email

  • Date of Form Submission (if applicable)

Your data will be deleted within 7 working days.

🗑 Account Deletion (App Data):

If you wish to delete all your personal details from our app:

  1. Send an email to info@drsblife.com

  2. Use subject: “Account Deletion Request”

  3. Mention:

    • Your registered name & email

    • Reason (optional)

We will delete:

  • Name, contact, personal info

  • Uploaded prescriptions, reports

We may retain:

  • Legal consultation records (for 90 days) as per Indian law

Confirmation will be sent within 7 business days.
